How do I get Peruse to mimic as a mock browser?

Assuming Peruse is the future, I would like to use it instead of the Beaker browser.

Hey @folaht,

If you shoot over here: Release UpdatedDomAPI · joshuef/peruse · GitHub

juts download the dev version of the browser. That defaults to the mock network. (but you can use it as live if you pass the --live flag when opening the app.)
